Route Inspection

Director of Route Inspection: Les Dillman

This table gives you statistics from offices in our branch. It is not meant to be viewed as a "peepers tool", but an insight into what is going on across the branch. So, just imagine what is going on across the nation. Routes are going away at a rapid rate. Maybe we will begin to learn that knowledge is power. And that by some of our actions we are comtributing to the loss of routes. "Johnny Jackrabbit" in your office now has a negative impact on the whole office. "Susie kissass" now has a negative impact on your office. And "Mr. I don't take a lunch or break on Saturdays so I can get home to do something that when it counts against my average street and office time...(phew, I have to take a breath).....I think you get the picture. The last row can give some offices a view into how big or small their auxilliary route is. It may tell you how close you are to losing another route. Or how close you guys are to gaining the route back (if walked correctly and consistently).

The fight is a daily one to stand up to your supervisors and hold them to the contract. "A fair days pay for a fair day work" is all we ask.....or should I say DEMAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fraternally,

Eric K. Jackson
